It made me realize that the world I had lived in up until then was all an illusion, and that I had been in a state of slumber.
And I began to consciously live as my true self, not out of ego.
I learned what true love ( unconditional love) is, and I also learned about my past experiences and my current situation.

I was surprised when the session started.
My whole body warmed up from my toes,

It felt really good.
I was surprised that the visions the therapist had during the session were the same as the chakra work I was doing myself. At the same time, it made me think, "So, the chakra work I was doing was the right thing after all." (laughs)
